Engr. Adenrele A. Afolabi (FNIMech.E, FNSE)

Chairman/Managing Director

Was born in Nguru, Yobe State of Nigeria. He had his primary education in St. Paul School, Nguru and in Owu Baptist Day School, Abeokuta, his Secondary education in Baptist Boys High School, Abeokuta and his tertiary education in the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

During his undergraduate days in 1963, he participated in an exchange programme between Nigeria and German students through United Nations Students Association. He worked in a pipe manufacturing company; Borsig Werke in Berlin, Germany.

He graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1966 and had his pupilage through Western Nigeria Ministry of Works & Transport, Ibadan with the Nigerian Railway Corporation Mechanical Workshop Ebute Metta, Lagos. His Postgraduate Courses include Production and Pipeline Technology, University of Texas, Kilgore, Texas and Senior Management Development, University of Athens, Georgia, Atlanta, USA.

In 1967, just before the civil hostilities started, he joined the Nigerian Gulf Oil Company, which became Chevron Nigeria Limited, in Escravos, Delta State of Nigeria.  He served in various capacities in the multi-national oil company from Operations Engineer, supervising Okan Field Production Operation in 1968 to the Zone Superintendent, Escravos supervising the entire Production and Pipeline Operation in 1978. Other management positions he held were Production Supervisor, Cabinda Gulf Oil Co. Angola; Gulf Oil Co. (Nig.) Limited, Area Manager, Warri; Engineering and Construction Manager, Lagos, Operations Manager, Escravos and General Manager Human Resources and Services, Lagos, before he took an early retirement on  July 1, 1996. 

Ade who is a registered Engineer with the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria, twice Chairman Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Nigeria Council, is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. He is also a Fellow of The Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers.

Since his early retirement from Chevron Nigeria Ltd., apart from being the Chairman and Managing Director of Dansaki Petroleum Limited, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Isaac Daniel and Co. Limited, a service company registered with the Department of Petroleum Resources for Production and Pipeline Facilities Operation and Maintenance, he has actively continued with his interest in Oil industry in Nigeria in areas such as project management, production and pipeline engineering services.

Engr. Theophilus Ifeanyi Oji (B.Sc , FNSE, MIEE)

Director

He is a 1962 graduate of the Nigerian College of Arts Science and Technology Zaria, with a London University B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering. He has behind him 34 Years of corporate experience, made up of 4 years with the Federal Ministry of Communications and 30 with Chevron Nigeria Limited.

During the period, he underwent numerous technical and managerial development courses and seminars. He held various positions of responsibility and authority until his retirement from Chevron Nigeria Limited as General Manager, having acted as Managing Director a number of times.

He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, a registered engineer with the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria [COREN] and Member British Institution of Electrical Engineers.

Mrs. Omolade Anu Afolabi

Director

She holds a Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Lagoon College, Diploma in Audio Visual Studies in Secretarial Studies from Sight and Sound, Charring Cross, London. She worked with an Insurance Brokerage Company as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (1979-1981). In 1981-1983, she joined Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), Warri as a Confidential Secretary 1 for the FSIW.

Since then, she had established herself in business of fashion designing through a company called Tripla Fashions Venture Ltd from 1988 till date. Her innovative designs shot Tripla into local and international recognition.Tripla became the Sole Tailor for Nigerian – Turkish International College (NTIC) and Oxbridge College students’ uniforms.

Her acumen with accurate precision earned Mrs. O. A. Afolabi the invitation to become the caterer for both local and foreign students and staffs of the Colleges in Lagos and Ogun States campuses Through her foresight of business projection and a seasoned trailblazer, she incubated a commensurate provision of a Community Service Amusement Park Project to cater for the needs of the present high profile human movement to and rapid developments taking place in Ikorodu,Gberige Area  of Lagos State.

Since 1994 till date she is a Director and Company Secretary for Isaac Daniel and Company Limited.

She is also a Director of Dansaki Petroleum Ltd., a co – farmee of Tom Shot Bank Marginal Field in Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria.

Dr. O. O. Aina, (MBBS, M.P.H )

Director

He is a physician practicing in the United States of America and is a member of the American College of Physicians and American College of Occupational and Environmental Health.

Chief E. E. Ebimami

Director

He is a company director and a specialist in community relations as well as member of the Delta State Advisory Council.

Captain Ben Briggs

Director

He is an airline pilot with over 30 years experience. He is also a former Honourable Minister of Aviation.
